WQRF Contaminant Occurence Map

Data looks at 57 different contaminants

The new Contaminant Occurrence Map tracks data in the United States for drinking water contaminants that have a regulated level (MCL or Action Level) above the health-based goal level (MCLG) and cause taste, odor and color or staining issues.

The data collected for this map includes 57 different contaminants pulled from 46 state regulatory agencies, the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (USEPA) Fourth Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule (UCMR4), and the federal Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS).

Join us for this informative session to see how you can use this new data to make informed decisions about how to treat the water in your area or determine the type of products that will be needed in the future.
