Registration Fees

The Mid-Year Leadership Conference is always a great way to connect and reconnect with friends and peers in the water industry.

Conference Registration: 

  • *WQA Member: $465 + 3% convenience fee
  • *Non Member: $565 + 3% convenience fee

*Registration includes access to education and engagement sessions September 16-18, Welcome Reception, four meals, and networking opportunities.

Optional Add-On Items:

  • WQRF Fundraising Bowl-a-Thon: $300
  • WQA & WQRF After Hours: (price per drink ticket) $20

Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received by Friday, August 29th, 2025. No refunds will be issued after that date.
WQRF event and ticket fees are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, requests for cancellations must be submitted to MYLC@wqa.org by Friday, August 29th, 11:59 p.m. CT.
Registration transfers for the MYLC or WQRF activities may be made in writing to  MYLC@wqa.org  and will be processed without additional fees.
